This was not the first time I'd been or seen him. I have the opportunity of meeting him on 3 occassion. 1- RCH Officers Office during attending a meet on RCH. 2- At BMC wherein he gave talk upon the PNDT Act to the faculty of community Medicine Dept as well as students.3- AT Directorate's office along with Giridhar Babu at which time I'd reached there to collect information upon the RCH's indicators. Simple person and in his speech there was an earnest request to youngsters to join the ailing government sector to strengthening it from inside despite all demotivating effects embedded in it. Its great to have some of these with us.
